Smartland, a premier provider of real estate investment and management services, recently announced the consolidation of its operating activities, centralizing under a holding company all businesses of Smartland’s subsidiaries and affiliates, including Cleveland Property Management, Cleveland Restoration Group, Cleveland Real Estate Development and CPMG Realty.
Through the consolidation, Smartland, a Cleveland-based company, brings life to Northeast Ohio, providing a comprehensive set of real estate solutions to clients as diverse as seasoned entrepreneurs, young professionals, retirees and people in academia.
This operational synthesis will benefit Smartland’s existing and prospective clients in various ways.
Smartland will provide clients with an affordable and efficient value proposition by addressing clients’ needs on everything from property management to real estate investment.
Smartland has spearheaded a rebranding initiative to further enhance its brand, better communicate with its clients, provide stellar customer service and optimize its overall public-relations strategy—both offline as well as online, including on social media and mobile devices.
Smartland has unveiled its new corporate website, an informative portal that Smartland hopes will satisfy the educational and business needs of its diverse clientele. Smartland.com, the new website, will incorporate services currently provided by Smartland’s subsidiaries and affiliates, including Cleveland Property Management, Cleveland Restoration Group, Cleveland Real Estate Development and CPMG Realty. The website provides information on Smartland’s services, real estate news and investment opportunities—as well as planning tools that will help clients evaluate their financial condition and gauge investment opportunities, both of which are important steps in the formulation of a successful long-term real estate investment strategy.
“We have spent several months mulling this consolidation and this rebranding initiative, and I am certain that our clients will like the website and our new operational orientation,” said Vadim Kleyner, Smartland’s Chief Executive Officer. “The entire web design team worked thoroughly and collaboratively with other personnel within Smartland—and the new portal, a product of cross-departmental partnership, incorporates various tools and data pieces that will educate and inform our clients,” added Kleyner.
